Ingredients:

  • PEI Potatoes

  • Blend or milk

  • ADL Butter

  • Black pepper

  • Fresh green onion tops or chives

Directions:

Peel and boil PEI potatoes; Drain Well

Add ADL butter and fresh ground black pepper to taste, mashing well together.

With rotary beaters mix in blend( or milk) to desired consistency.

Fold in chopped green onion tops or chives.
