Ingredients:

2 pounds PEI hamburger (extra lean)

2 cans vegetable soup

1 onion
-
basil
-
1/2 cup ketchup
-
1/4 cup barbeque sauce

5 mashed PEI potatoes
Directions:
Cook PEI hamburger with onion. Drain off fat.
Add vegetable soup as is with ketchup,,basil and barbeque sauce.
Mix and reheat.
Serve on top of PEI mashed potatoes .
