Ultimate Honey Annabelle Baked Potato by Chef Alain Bosse and WP Griffin Inc.
(Serves 2)
Ingredients:

2 Annabelle potatoes

1 oz (28 g) olive oil

1 oz (28 g) fresh local honey

Coarse sea salt to taste

Milled black pepper to taste

Optional Topping

2 tsp (10 ml) sour cream

2 oz (57 g) shredded cheddar cheese

1 oz (28 g) chopped green onions
Cut each potato ¾ of the way through (10 to 12 times). Rub the potato with the oil, place in a roasting pan, and then drizzle the honey over the cracks in the potatoes. Finish with sea salt & pepper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350F (190c) for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and if desired, garnish with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions. Serve.
